The Mormon thing is just too much for wing-nut lizard-brains to handle, not to mention having passed health-care reform (and being proud of it). It's a bit far ahead in the future, but I do think he'll get the nomination once the GOP money-bags wake up and realize what a completely unelectable whackadoodle Palin is. But by then the damage will have been done, and the former Governor of Massachussetts will be absolutely crushed by Obama in a landslide since the US economy will be back on track, post-Rececssion with decent but maybe not great employment numbers. But running for Ted's seat? Um, no.
