John Kyl Confirms: GOP Will Oppose Bill That Concedes To Them

Even if the health care bill is deficit neutral and removes the public option, Republicans in the senate will oppose it.

Mr. President, Senator Reid, its time to end this charade and do what we sent you to Washington for.

    Once again, you’re misrepresenting what was said by deliberately leaving some out, OW.

    “I have no doubt that they can make it revenue neutral to find enough ways to tax the American people, but that doesn’t mean the Republicans will support it.”

    IOW, making it revenue neutral (good thing) by raising taxes (bad thing) makes it overall an unsupportable thing.

    Would you be in favor of getting do-nothing Harry Reid replaced as majority leader by killing him? Of course not. The method used to get the desirable goal isn’t acceptable.
