    At least the DNC is doing something useful with my most recent donation. I don’t know who they think I am, but they always start out by asking for ten grand and the title to my car, and I have to talk them down, like an air traffic controller. “A hundred bucks, or my husband will kill me,” I say, and they chuckle nervously, and thank my very much.
