Even right winger Rupert Murdoch’s Wall Street Journal showed Republican Bush’s disapproval rating waaay higher than Obama’s approval rating:

Depending on which polls you look at, Republican President Bush’s disapproval was rating higher than the current President’s approval ratings.

Even FOX/Opinion polling, which grades Republicans on a curve, had Republican President Bush’s disapproval rating about the same as Obama’s approval rating.
