I’m shocked at how many “real Americans” think that all non-whites automatically think the same. Especially Republicans.
And the GOP wonders why Latinos will never vote for them. Ha ha, keep it up, redneck Sessions. Just keep it up.
Republican Jeff “KKK” Sessions is the true face of the Republican Party.
Hopefully Hispanics are paying attention.
Heh.
And I’d pay good money for that too, and then double it to hear Sessions reply “Well, I guess what you’re saying is racism is grounds for your rejection by this committee then too, is that right, Ms. Sotomayor?”
Heh. Indeed.
Joe Sudbay: “Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III is a bigot and a racist. He’s prejudiced. It’s not that hard to say because it’s true.”
Hopefully Hispanic voters are paying attention that Republicans have Republican Jeff “KKK” Sessions as the point man attacking Sotomayor.
Republican Jeff “KKK” Sessions voted for white male Republican Sam Alito after Alito asserted that he, Republican Alito, would judge cases using his gender, religion, and “ethnic background”.
Republican’s First Rule: Rules Are For Other People, especially if those people are women and non-whites or of a different religion.
“Well, I guess what you’re saying is racism is grounds for your rejection by this committee then too, is that right, Ms. Sotomayor?”
Because she sold out her Pritter Riccan brother? Did Maria endorse the KKK a la Sessions when Real Americans weren’t looking?
And I’d pay good money for that too, and then double it to hear Sessions reply “Well, I guess what you’re saying is racism is grounds for your rejection by this committee then too, is that right, Ms. Sotomayor?”
Heh. Indeed.
Yet again Dennis demonstrates that he doesn’t understand the English language. Unless he’s too stupid to understand that Judge Sotomayor’s comments weren’t racist at all. Of course, given his previous comments and his Republicanism, Dennis’s stupidity is patent.
What, Indeed, do you think she wants to get into a ‘my racism wasn’t as bad as your racism’ tit for tat game with him in front of that committee?
Of course not, Mike. Not racist at all.
Would you call a white Republican president-appointed judicial nominee before that committee a racist if he had said that [he would] “hope that a wise white man with the richness of his experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a Latina [judge] who hasn’t lived that life.”?
Of course you wouldn’t. Silly me.
do you think she wants to get into a ‘my racism wasn’t as bad as your racism’ tit for tat game
No, she should be pointing out that her absence of avowed racism and lack of shame for having been born a PR female stands in marked contrast with his statements expressing admiration for the KKK and his suggestion that white males are the standard by which racism is measured.
Was that a trick question?
Why was Republican Jeff “KKK” Sessions okay with Republican Sam Alito’s assertion during his Supreme Court nomination hearing that he, Republican Alito, would judge cases based on his gender, religion, and “ethnic background”?
Answer: Republican “Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III is a bigot and a racist.”
Republicans are being represented by Republican Jeff Sessions who was literally a racist Ku Klux Klan supporter until he found out some of them smoke marijuana.
Republican Jeff Sessions supported a violent, racist terrorist organization and he’s the neo-face of the Republican Party Leadership.
Republicans better hope that Hispanics aren’t paying attention to Republican’s racist hypocrisies.
Dennis: Would you call a white Republican president-appointed judicial nominee before that committee a racist if he had said that [he would] “hope that a wise white man with the richness of his experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a Latina [judge] who hasn’t lived that life.”?
Of course you wouldn’t. Silly me.
Of course I wouldn’t. Since it isn’t a racist statement. (Which is even more obvious if you bother to read her entire paragraph and not just the right’s favorite extract.)
He’ndeedy.
KKKlassy!
“”Wise Latina” Statement”:
“Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences, a possibility I abhor less or discount less than my colleague Judge Cedarbaum, our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging. Justice O’Connor has often been cited as saying that a wise old man and wise old woman will reach the same conclusion in deciding cases. I am not so sure Justice O’Connor is the author of that line since Professor Resnik attributes that line to Supreme Court Justice Coyle. I am also not so sure that I agree with the statement. First, as Professor Martha Minnow has noted, there can never be a universal definition of wise. Second, I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”
Shorter Sotomayor: Someone with more life experiences hopefully makes better decisions than someone who hasn’t had those life experiences.
Right wingers are now against people with life experiences?
I am glad Dennis tasidly agreed that Jeff Sessions is a racist. Of course you don’t actual prove that Sotomayor is a racist but I am proud that you can admit your side is racist and devoid of irony.
Thanks:_)
Only Dennis could defend a racist like Sessions. Even Jay won’t go there.
Keep it up, GOP. You truly are the party of dying white males.
Dennis the Bigot: “And I’d pay good money for that too, and then double it to hear Sessions reply ‘Well, I guess what you’re saying is racism is grounds for your rejection by this committee then too, is that right, Ms. Sotomayor?’
Heh. Indeed.”
Except Sotomayor isn’t racist.
Jaim: “Only Dennis could defend a racist like Sessions. Even Jay won’t go there.”
I think Amused Observer would as well. He’s just not hanging around at the moment.
Jaim, just curious, since you keep bringing up your Sidwell Friends private school education, why is it your parents felt you needed to go to a predominately white school in the DC area instead of a more racially diverse public school in the DC area?
Please educate us all on just what a model enlightened white liberal you were then.
You love to tell everyone here you went to the same school as Chelsea Clinton, but you’ve never mentioned any black friends you made there that influenced you in any way. Surely you had some deep and emotionally sensitive conversations with other classmates who all felt they were sent there by their racist parents who only wanted their children to be among like kinds. Why don’t you share those conversations with us?
For the record, Dennis, Sidwell Friends has a minority enrollment of almost 40% and a rather diverse faculty, as well.
If you’re going to try and make an argument of racism by association, at least get your facts straight.
That’s now, Southern Quaker. What was it like back in Jaim’s day. How many blacks at the school then versus the number of blacks at his corresponding pulic school?
I’m not making an argument of racism by association necessarily. He definitely is dishonestly calling me a racist and he’s done it many times in the past, with not one single instance that he can name. I’m asking him what it is in his past that makes him the model enlightened white liberal, since he relishes calling other people these horrible racist bigots for anything he deems is worthy of the slur.
I’d just like to know what his Republican father was hoping for his child when he sent him there. Was safety a concern? Did he choose to segregate young Jaim so he could be among a like population to his upbringing more than the likely far more integrated public school in his district would? Of course, it was for the “better education”, but deep down, would Jaim be honest about why his parents felt this was the better place for him?
As mentioned, Sidwell does a lot with scholarships for minorities.
“but you’ve never mentioned any black friends you made there that influenced you in any way”
Funny, I just think of them as friends. Unlike you, I don’t play “some of my best blacks are friends.”
I mentioned I went to Sidwell recently because you were moronically arguing that since there was no youtube clip from the 90’s of Chelsea Clinton being made fun of, Republicans never did it. Even though we know they did, and I clearly remember coming to school one day and hearing about the Chris Farley sketch on SNL.
Your obsession with my personal life will never seem to end stalker-bigot Dennis, so if you really want to know more about me send me an e-mail. At the tender age of 14 I didn’t really have a lot of say in where I went to high school though, I can tell you that much.
Racism will ruin your life, Dennis. From what I can tell it already has. Get some counseling.
You know what, Jaim-boy, your first post here was to call me a racist, so tell me who’s obsessed. You asked me personal questions at least 20 times here, so tell me who’s obsessed. You’ve brought up Sidwell Friends at least four or five times on this blog, so don’t pretend my mentioning and asking a perfectly honest question about it is an obsession of your personal life.
At the tender age of 14 you didn’t have much of a say in where you went to high school? I told my parents at the age of 9 that I no longer wanted to attend the Catholic school I was enrolled at to go to a public school, the same Catholic school 4 of my older siblings attended all eight years through grade school, the same school of the church that every member of my family attended every single Sunday without fail while we were growing up.
You’re hiding something, Jaim. I don’t care if you don’t want to divulge anything about your past, but it doesn’t sound like you have a whole lot of ground to sit on and call other people racists. Sounds to me like it just gives you a lot of satisfaction.

And FYI, regarding the Limbaugh-Chelsea Clinton incident, I claimed nothing of the sort that since there was no video clip that it didn’t happen. I said there is nothing definitive about whether or not it was done on purpose. Even if one saw the video when it happened, that isn’t proof he meant to attack her. Bid difference, and what you just claimed I did is a blatant lie.
Did he choose to segregate young Jaim so he could be among a like population to his upbringing more than the likely far more integrated public school in his district would?
Or maybe he just liked the values instilled by a Quaker education.
“At the tender age of 14 you didn’t have much of a say in where you went to high school? I told my parents at the age of 9 that I no longer wanted to attend the Catholic school I was enrolled at”
Wow, you’re the TUFFEST racist I’ve ever met! I’ll bet you bench, like, 700 pounds at least!
“You’re hiding something, Jaim.”
I used to play World of Warcraft. There, I said it.
“Even if one saw the video when it happened, that isn’t proof he meant to attack her.”
He said she’s the WH dog, but he didn’t mean it? That’s Clintonesque, to say the least.
There’s no doubt about that, SQ. I’m sure that’s the case. Just not so sure that’s the only case. It rarely is with private schools, just no one wants to admit it. The DC area especially. Jaim seems not to want to shed much light on the subject, and that’s too bad. His contributions to the evils of racism seem to consist solely onf his calling other people racists, and that’s very noble of him. I just thought he might be able to do more than that, kind of a lead by example sort of thing.
No,Jaim, just don’t tell me you had no input into the decision to attend a private school at 14 years old, when most people at the age have very close friends attending the normal graduation from their feeder schools into their regional high schools. Not that it’s an easy thing to do, but I think it’s somewhat dishonest of you to claim your dad just told you one day you were going to Sidwell and you didn’t even have a say in it or offer an alternative. Or even pondered at any time since just why it was your dad felt it was so important to segregate you.
Again, though, Jaim, care to offer even one example of racism by me? One? There should be at least ten or more that you coould rattle off, which would be only a tenth of the number of times you’ve called me that, so one wouldn’t be that hard, would it?
You don’tknow anything about the facts of the incidence, do you, Jaim? You don’t know about Molly Ivins’ retelling of the incident several years after the fact, and how she apparently botched the date, or not, among other details. You don’t know that Al Franken came along and tried to rework some of the details she omitted or botched, and essentially had to changer the date to ensure it looked like it was in fact intentional because otherwise it coudn’t, do you?
I know you know little about Al Franken’s retelling of it in his book, because you say everyone at Siwell Friends talked about SNL’s cruel depiction of Chelsea Clinton’s looks, but you fail to mention that Al Franken was one of the lead writers at SNL at the time. Either you are clueless and that doesn’t stop you from levelling charges you know nothing about, or you are totally dishonest. I’ve already caught you at at lie on this thread and you don’t have the decency to address it or deny it, so a reasonable person would have to conclude that you are dishonest, and aren’t the least bit ashamed for it. A reasonable person defending you would also demand that you show proof of someone’s racism if you are going to charge them with it, and no one seems to deem that necessary, either. The bar has been set very low here for that, it appears. For one side, at least.
Funny, how we hear about “the Christian Right”, “conservatives”, “wingnuts”, but there are no “Afro Americans,” no “Puerto Ricans,” and no “Liberals.”
How, exactly, does that go again?
“I think it’s somewhat dishonest of you to claim your dad just told you one day you were going to Sidwell”
Yes, this is exactly how it happened.
Dumb. Ignorant. Racist. And now apparently, clairvoyant and psychic.
Get some help Dennis. Your wife can’t be happy living with someone as obviously unhinged as you.
“Again, though, Jaim, care to offer even one example of racism by me?”
Your dog-whistle bigotry speaks for itself. I’m not the only one who’s noticed. And unlike you, I don’t hang on your every post. Do your own research. Look at your own words. You’re a spiteful little man with deep problems and resentments towards non-whites.
What I know about the 90’s and the Clintons is that they were exposed to outrageous claims (including the murder of Vince Foster) and now cons are trying to claim that poor Sarah Palin has taken worse abuse than any national figure every. And that’s complete bullshit.
“I know you know little about Al Franken’s retelling of it in his book, because you say everyone at Siwell [sic] Friends talked about SNL’s cruel depiction of Chelsea Clinton’s looks, but you fail to mention that Al Franken was one of the lead writers at SNL at the time.”
I’ll try to use short words here, fuckwit: My point was that even liberal shows and outlets like SNL were trashing the Clintons. The Palins don’t have a clue how bad it got compared to them.
Jaim, tell you what, how about if I send you a roundtrip plane ticket home, my treat, and you can meet me at Dulles and I’ll give you the honor of calling me a racist right to my face? That should be something that would provide great satisfaction for you, right?
Weasels like you never have to have reasons to call other people racists, but when pressed always come up with the magical, all-encompassing ‘dog-whistle’ to mean anything you want it to mean.
So, a dog-whistle. Provide an example of a dog-whistle I’ve thrown out. And just what other dogs here would I be whistling to? The 5 or 6 other conservatives who post here, the same guys you’ve also called racist? We all have a secret code that we love to communicate to each other through these magical dog-whistles.
Go ahead, Mr. Napoleanic Complex, describe one dog-whistle you’ve been able to detect from me here.
“Dennis”, you are a creepy stalker, a pathological liar, and a disturbed racist.
Which means you represent a core demographic of the Republican Party.
Which is why moderate, rational, decent Republicans vote for Democratic leaders.
But, please, “Dennis” continue to illustrate the right wing extremism that has alienated so many voters.
Boy, Newsie, you and Jaim sure do like to come out of nowhere to call me a stalker. It’s like you’re both hiding out in the bushes waiting for the right time to jump out and expose yourselves.
And the moderate, rational, decent Republicans who voted for this Democratic leader, are bailing, my friend.
In droves.
Obama drops nine points overall, 15 points among independents, in one month
Like a lead balloon, Newsie.
You’re going to have to think of some different descriptives for these independents and decent, moderate Republicans.
“Jaim, tell you what, how about if I send you a roundtrip plane ticket home, my treat, and you can meet me at Dulles and I’ll give you the honor of calling me a racist right to my face? That should be something that would provide great satisfaction for you, right?”
Sold. I’m coming back to the DC area for Christmas break, and I’d be happy to take your money for a free ticket.
You are intimately familiar with my blog and can contact me through it. Just go into your bookmarks.
See ya at Dulles, sparky.
As if we needed anymore evidence, Dennis’ threats show him as seriously unhinged. Seems to me that a few years ago there was another conservative that was unhinged enough to threaten to fight a fellow blog poster. What happened to him- oh yea it was Frank.
Dennis the Bigot: “Jaim, tell you what, how about if I send you a roundtrip plane ticket home, my treat, and you can meet me at Dulles and I’ll give you the honor of calling me a racist right to my face? That should be something that would provide great satisfaction for you, right?”
Gee. I remember saying that someone here was unhinged and threats of violence would imminent. You said I was just projecting.
Guess we know now who was really projecting, right?
I’m not threatening him at all, Strowbridge. I’m just inviting him to meet me in person and to be brave enough to say those vile things he makes up with no backing to my face. Shit, we might even become friends after that, who knows?
Violent right wing troll “Dennis”: “I’m just inviting him to meet me in person”
Nonsense, you are making a veiled threat, “Dennis”.
Why don’t you print your address the way your beloved Michelle “Concentration Camp Advocate” Malkin did to those that she doesn’t like?
If she can do that to strangers, certainly you are comfortable doing that to yourself: Printing your full name and home address.
After all you’ve questioned the courage of someone, now show some.
——–
(Nobody really wants to know your address, “Dennis”, nor does anyone here want to meet you, especially since you are known to be a creepy stalker who would follow the person home, peek into their windows, and try to figure out what kind of counter tops they have in their bathroom, but the point is you are a coward, “Dennis”, and it’s only because you can hide behind the bushes and throw verbal stones that you can actually pretend to have a pair).
Oooh, we’ve reached that point, have we? Throwdown at Dulles? Awesome.
Go ahead, Mr. Napoleanic Complex, describe one dog-whistle you’ve been able to detect from me here.
As I have shown before, examples of your hypocrisy, bigotry, racism and antisemitism, even when quoted back to you at length, go largely ignored. And then you complain about being stalked.
Seems to me that a few years ago there was another conservative that was unhinged enough to threaten to fight a fellow blog poster. What happened to him- oh yea it was Frank.
Good times. Good times.
I’m there. For realsies.
They’re all manufactured, Duros, weakly so, and the same criteria are never applied to any liberals here who make far more blatantly hypocritical, racist, bigoted, or anti-semitic remarks than you make up about me.
Everyone displays hypocrisy here, that is a charge easily made about anything political, you do it too, Duros, believe it or not. Racist? You’ve never given an example, neither has anyone, unless it was the all-emcompassing ‘dog-whistle’ that the myriad elitist white guilt enlightened liberals throw out so frequently to soothe their souls. Bigoted? We’re all bigots too. Everyone here is to some degree or another, just none of us likes to admit it. And anti-semitism? The most manufactured charge of all from you guys. I proved that with News Reference that one day, that you and Strowbridge and Jaim all hypocritically defended him on. The usual cast of characters sleazily make charges they can’t back up, only they are very selective in their criteria. If you’re a liberal, hypocrisy, bigotry, racism and anti-semitism are tolerated, condoned and even defended by other liberals.
Burned called conservatives ‘crackers’ here not two days ago. No one spoke out. Repack Rider has challenged people to fights a couple times, no one said anything. News Reference has made numerous anti-semitic references and is defended for them. CS Strowbridge has used the racist slur of ‘anchor baby’ and the highly bigoted slur of ‘fucking retard’ countless times, yet no one seems to care.
So tell me, Duros, why should I pay attention to any of your non-example examples that are manufactured out of thin air?
And as to stalker, you’re another one who always seems to pop in out of nowhere to make that claim.
Funny that, isn’t it?
Dennis, please drop me a line through my blog so I can give you my schedule. Pretty sure there’s a direct flight from Seoul to Dulles and I’d prefer that one but hey, I don’t mind a layover in Tokyo on your dime.
See you soon!
Christmas isn’t soon, Jaim. If I have to wait till then and you’re coming already, then you can pay for it. Just let me know the time and flight number. And please stop begging me to post at your blog. You said you banned me preemptively already, so your word is no good, so therefore you can’t be trusted with my IP address and you can’t be trusted with my money.
Put it on your credit card and I’ll reimburse you at the airport if you want to come now.
“Christmas isn’t soon, Jaim.”
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Dennis the bigot-stalker is now Dennis the coward.
Thread = Bookmarked for bed-wetter wingnut cowardice.
Get some help man. Meds, therapy, whatever. Your wife deserves better. Christ, get a job for starters.
Right winger “Dennis” is a coward, a liar, and clearly slightly deranged.
Classic right winger. Not even original.
Christmas is a long time away. Sorry, but it is. Keep taunting, though. I’ll also bookmark this page, and I’ll be sure to ask you to repeat those words to me, too.
“Dennis” does your ‘wife’ know that you are a creepy stalker?
Pure LOLZ.
Dennis? Dennis? Where’s my ticket?
What a sniveling little punk you are Dennis. Afraid of blacks, afraid of muslims, and afraid of little ol’ me apparently.
