The idea that Sarah Palin would lead a splinter party from the GOP with a ragtag bunch of teabaggers brings an extra wide grin to my face. I don’t think the chances are very high of it happening… but imagine!

It would be the ultimate “Going Rogue”.

    I’ve thought that she might be wanting to do some sort of Republican answer to DailyKOS or Moveon.org.

    I can’t decide what would be more hilarious — her doing this or actually running and getting destroyed for the GOP nomination for 2012.

    I’ve been musing about her going “third party” for months. Imo, he’s more likely to try and elbow her way into the Reform or Constitution Party than start a new one. Either way = loser.

    If/when she ever takes “Republican party” off of her SarahPAC site, we’ll know something is up. The claim is also that donations to SarahPAC are up (they sent out a begging letter a couple days before she called it quits.) So, who knows.
