Had I the slightest bit of courage, I’d cheerfully agree with you… but I’m about to visit my best friend and his family, and his wife’s become a HUGE Twilight fan.

By the way, over on Peter David’s web site (www.peterdavid.net), he’s having a Round Robin where readers are constructing a Twilight parody story called “Potato Moon.” (The reasons are far, far too long to go into here.) It’s closing in on Chapter 70 the last time I checked, and it’s involved Dan Quayle, Mike Dukakis, and a host of other amazing absurdities.

Not sure he’s right about the dermatologist. I’ve seen women in their thirties and forties wearing Twilight shirts.

As a side note, I think these along with the Eragon books have inspired through their various flaws the next generation of literary critics.
