Expect more of this for the next 4-8 years. Right wing group backed by oil/big business makes attack on the president, Fox amplifies it, like its an actual thing. As they showed when they cheerleaded the nation into war, facts and consequences simply don’t matter to them.-

    This really doesn’t surprise me in the slightest; FOX has been leading the way when it comes to disseminating false information about climate change for years.

    Reminds me of the cigarette industry which knew for decades the health risks, particularly cancer, associated with their ‘product,’ and then claimed to be as shocked as the rest of the world when it was exposed that they knowingly suppressed the evidence which linked them to the myriad diseases they caused in their consumers.

    As long as these corporate behemoths can find a profit in it, they would sell heroin to infants if they could get away with it.

    Sure; get them in front of a camera before they’re born, then exploit the crap out of them for years before your marriage falls apart, then turn that into a year long sweeps week bonanza.

    Well actually laudanum was quite popular for infants and many others 150 years back. Heroin was touted as a less harmful replacement. But drug trivia aside this posting is just another typical example of Ollie’s inflammatory bullshit.

    Global warming is far from established scientifically and the most of the concensus so widely proclaimed is of the me too variety.

    So if Fox is biased to the right where does that put ABC after thier recent collabaration with the Whitehouse?
