Obama Approval At 62%… In Fox News Poll
Tweet
Of course, Fox’s headline is about the GM deal and not this.
President Barack Obama continues to enjoy high job approval ratings — 62 percent of Americans approve and 31 percent disapprove. Last month 60 percent approved and 30 percent disapproved (May 12-13, 2009). Obama’s average approval since taking office is 61 percent.
More tea parties please.

Even my Republican father-in-law said the other day that he thinks Obama is doing a “pretty good job” which is huge.
While 67% of Americans view President Barack Obama favorably, his overall job approval rating and his ratings on specific areas are less positive. At the low end of the spectrum, only 45% of Americans approve of Obama’s handling of federal spending, and 46% of his handling of the federal budget deficit
Sure he’s still extremely popular as a person right now, but disapproval of his policies and actions are rising. At what point do you think the latter starts to affect the former? My guess is it will be when the first middle class tax increases are announced (or possibly the first paycheck with new higher withholding rates).
But I did enjoy this:
Congrats, Obama! You’re slightly ahead of the Chimperor Bush at this point. Keep up the good work!
More tea parties please.
Oh not to worry, they’re coming.
Tea parties still getting play here, oddly enough.
That afternoon standing out in the freezing rain must’ve made quite the impression on you, OW.
People like Dennis and Dave are simply a focus group of troofers and other assorted kooks that don’t support the President. America is behind the President, as these polls show.

Well like I said, I don’t interact with many wingnuts beyond people commenting on my site, so yeah. Also, it ain’t me hyping the tea parties. Wish I had that kind of power though.
Americans like having an adult as president.
Not sure who is taking these polls, I’m sure the growing unemployment lines are very pleased with Obama. Wait until the lines to get to see a doctor are just as bad :0
Americans like having an adult as president.
Hear, hear.
Further, Americans like being treated like adults by their President.
Wait until the lines to get to see a doctor are just as bad :0
