The family of slain abortion provider George Tiller said Tuesday that his Wichita clinic will be “permanently closed,” effective immediately.
In a statement released by Tiller’s attorneys, his family said it is ceasing operation of Women’s Health Care Services Inc. and any involvement by family members in any other similar clinic.
“We are proud of the service and courage shown by our husband and father and know that women’s health care needs have been met because of his dedication and service,” the family said.
All they wanted was to shut down this one clinic in KS. Now that they’ve succeeded I’m sure they’ll all go back to being happy, peaceful, productive people. Fighting back against fear and terror is SO 2008.

For the record, we have had (2) late term abortions and will have (1) additional to spite Operation Rescue!

The murder of this doctor was horrible. I understand there is a huge debate about the late term and partial birth abortions that are performed, but this is just crazy. I read on CNN where the shooter claims that this is now a “Victory”.
Now that they’ve succeeded I’m sure they’ll all go back to being happy, peaceful, productive people.

My oh my. It gets worse. Operation Rescue offered to buy the closed clinic and turn it into a “memorial for murdered babies.”
Whether or not you believe Operation Rescue is culpable in Tiller’s murder, this is tin-eared at best, outright evil at worst.
