    Well, it must be true. I’ve heard it a zillion times on Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, and dozens of other widely distributed outlets, which are in no way mainstream media. Also, did you know that Al Gore said he invented the Internet? That’s lie-berals for ya!

    The biggest threat is the media? And this dillweed said this on Fox? Bwahahahahahhahaaa!

    Wingnuts are totally incapable of processing irony. They just don’t get it. They always play the victim card, oh boo hoo for us, we’re so oppressed!

    The wingnuts complained about the media treatment of Joe Da Plunger, how they were out to destroy him or some other paranoid delusion.

    Um, no, actually. The media asked questions about a person who claimed to be someone he was not. They found out that he lied, multiple times. And they reported this in plain english.

    But in wingnut world, those questions are BAD, very bad. You must believe what is told to you, without ever asking for anything else. How dare you question authority?

    Can you imagine if Fox News was around during the Civil Rights movement? They would portray MLK as a domestic terrorist and the marchers as unpatriotic scary black people who want to screw your virgin white daughters, with nightly panels from J Edgar himself telling of the evils of what will happen if you give ‘these people’ their rights.

    It is increasingly clear that the MSM is incapable of reporting anything without the two-sided prism. There are no “facts” anymore, just arguments between talking heads.

    If Lamar Alexander (mister plaid shirt) claimed the moon was made of green cheese and Ted Kennedy corrected him, the headlines would read “SENATORS CLASH OVER COMPOSITION OF MOON.”

    I’ve been wondering for many years where this “liberal media bias” is. I guess I missed it somehow. But I’ll sleep so much better at night knowing that Rep. Lamar Smith and his buddies will be protecting me!

    I don’t think Obama is losing any sleep over Limbaugh as he drives the Republican Party over the cliff. Keep the Cheney-Limbaugh-Beck-Hannity-Coulter BS show front and center as the Republican Party continues its descent into sub 20% territory.
