I had never heard of Alex Jones before I listened to this, and hadn’t read the comments about the video.

I was 50% convinced this was satire when I heard his gravelly voice, 80% convinced the second he started going off about water, and was 100% convinced of it when he somehow made a teddy bear evil.

I was terribly wrong.

well the truly great conspiracies and conspiracy theorists have a grain of truth to them – that’s what hooks people in. I listen to Jones’ radio show all the time and its a well put together mix of things that are true that take a derail into crazytown. People desperately want for their to be men pulling strings behind the curtain because then it wouldnt REALLY be as chaotic as it all feels.

How I wish this were true. Things would be far, far, far less fucked up if there was some sort of over-arching secret-group directing things behind the scenes. Frankly, I’m terribly disappointed if this is the best that they can do.

Seth, it actually makes some sense. ‘they’ couldn’t keep a bj quiet because some of them wanted to use it for partisan gain. however, ‘they’ could keep something like this secret because ALL of ‘them’ would want to slide America closer to a police state.

That obviously doesn’t make it true, but there are obvious answers to that particular question.
