He has a tough re-election that he will need to focus on, and my suspicion is that he will step down sooner, rather than later. (My hunch is after health care and cap-and-trade get voted on) I think the real topic will be, who will take over for Reid? Clinton is at State now. Making Dodd leader is political suicide at the moment, despite previous wishes of some liberal bloggers. So who do we have? Schumer is my guess. This 'honor' came from a consensus of the Democratic contingent.
