They Send Me Books

I just got Bloggers on the Bus: How the Internet Changed Politics and the Press by Eric Boehlert, who works where I do and shares a birthday with me though I’ve never actually met him in real life.

I also got The Final Four of Everything. I’m still not sure why the publisher sent it to me. But I’ll check it out.

I share a birthday with Robert E Lee and Edgar Alan Poe, I have never met either one. What was your point? All black people know each other? All gay people know each other? All people born on 1/19 know each other?

merl–I believe the birthday mention was, err, incidental and really not mentioned to make any point. But, that’s just my opinion-I could be wrong. Or maybe you were joking. . . .

People need to get Eric’s book and David Neiwert’s new book

I have the Final Four of Everything. It’s cute – not exactly thought-provoking, but still a nice coffee-table type book.

  5. Hey merl, chill out.

Merl, unless you also work with Messrs. Lee or Poe, your comparison is not apt.
