“Secession-ready Texas has received most federal disaster assistance of any state.”
Wish we’d quit acting like conservatives are an actual thing and not a big episode of punk’d.

Republicans are raging hypocrites when it comes to getting hand-outs from taxpayer funds. Just ask Jay Tea.
Right Wing States = Welfare States.
Republican Math is Enron Math, the error always falls in their favor.
And Republican Math is ALL errors.
Texas Republican Governor Rick Perry: not just a treasonous secessionist, but a Federal WELFARE case to boot.
Why do Republicans hate America?
More seriously,
Why do Republicans vote for treasonous secessionists?
After nearly eight years of the right wing’s casual use of the word “traitor,” every secessionist loving Palin voter really needs to be confronted with the “traitors” at the heart of the Republican Party.
Conservatism can’t exist without memory holing
I have to apologize for Jaim’s rudeness. He’s fixated on my health. You see, almost 20 years ago I was afflicted with an incurable ailment that damned near killed me, and in all likelihood some day will. At that time, I chose to not die, and he’s never forgiven me for that decision.
J.
I fully agree with the left=wing outrage here. I am glad that we all finally agree that federal handouts to the states should be slashed.
Or in the case of Texas, does it qualify as foreign aid?

Actually, Jay Tea, it proves you’re just a Libertarian or something else, because a true Conservative would rather die than admit he ever got more back from the government than he paid into it at any point in his/her life.
Jay Tea: At that time, I chose to not die, and he’s never forgiven me for that decision.
You’re (typically) misstating it. Nobody that I’ve seen has said they wish you had died (well, maybe CSS, but he seems to feel that way about anyone who disagrees with him).
It’s that you have written forcefully against universal health care and people having to subsidize other’s health coverage when you benefited significantly from such yourself. It’s your apparent hypocrisy that is objectionable, not your survival.
Of course, you know that. But saying so would interfere with your search for pity.

Is that the next step beyond teabagging?
Poor, poor, misunderstood Jay Tea.
Right wing treasonous secessionists screaming about ‘traitors’ even while taking Federal money while simultaneously claiming that Federal overspending is why they want to treasonously secede are all just slips of the logic tongue for memory holing teabaggers.
