Former federal judge, impeached and removed from office for corruption.

Now a distinguished and respected legislator, nearly named chairman of the House Intelligence Committee until protests derailed the attempt.

The man has no business ever holding any position of responsibility and trust.

  2. Well its not like I like him. I lived in his district once, had the chance to vote for him unopposed. I didn’t.

  3. Jay Tea, an habitual liar, is rumored to be unemployed, has no concern for America or Americans, and someone who claims to “work” for a magazine that reads like it’s written by Stormfront members the editor of which is a genocidal psychopathic.

Jay Tea, you are a perfect example of the corruption of the neo-con-artists who lied US into the Iraq war, shredded our American Constitution, and burned the Geneva Conventions in a bloodlust for torture and war crimes.

In sum, Jay Tea “has no business ever holding any position of responsibility and trust.”

News, fuck off. I just found out that at my day job (where I’ve worked for 11 years) I’ll be pulling six-day weeks for the foreseeable future. Meanwhile, I am busy revising an article I wrote yesterday for my second employer that was obsoleted practically minutes after publication.

For the record, I don’t hold any position of public responsibility and trust, have never sought any such, and have no interest in such. I like working in the private sector, where I can actually achieve things.

And the gall you exhibit, comparing a Jewish magazine to neo-Nazis… you really do sound just like Hamas, Hezbollah, or even the Palestinian Authority, which just convicted a man for death for treason — because he sold land to a Jew.

Hastings was impeached and removed from the federal bench for corruption — and I didn’t mention that he was a Democrat who was removed by an overwhelming vote of a Democratically-controlled Congress. Now he’s a highly-respected legislator who was nearly named to head the Intelligence Committee by Speaker Pelosi before enough responsible Congress members protested.

News, go digging through old videos of blown-up Israeli buses and beat off to them. I’m sure you have plenty bookmarked for that purpose.

  5. No, you “didn’t mention that he was a Democrat who was removed by an overwhelming vote of a Democratically-controlled Congress.”

Because if you had mentioned that it was DEMOCRATIC leaders who rebuked Hastings it would have interfered with your narrative.

It was DEMOCRATIC leaders who told Hastings: “NO.”

Ideally Hastings will be successfully primaried and if I lived in his district I’d take a long look at the Republican.

I’d still trust Hastings over you, but than you’ve consistently exhibited a sociopathic streak that makes me ill.

  6. You keep calling Commentary Magazine a “Jewish” magazine but I did you the courtesy of looking over it’s postings and I’m quite serious when I say it reads like it could be written by Stormfront members.

Between Commentary Magazine psychopath Norman Podhoretz advocating bombing “Iranians into smithereens”, something that reads like a sick genocidal fantasy, to Commentary Magazine being littered with torture war crimes advocacy, it says a LOT about you to be associated with that kind of publication.

The really twisted part is that neo-con-artists like you and those at Commentary Magazine have been the greatest danger to Israel for at least the last decade.

Think about what the neo-con-artist movement you are a part of did just in the last half-dozen years: it empowered Iran in numerous ways, partly by removing the counterbalance of Iraq; it repeatedly threw away opportunities to work with Palestinians, pushing them ever more to the extremes, putting them in ghettos and even using terrorism against the civilian populations*; it ignored Afghanistan, letting the Taliban retake much of the South and even infect nuclear armed Pakistan; and instead of reducing terrorism, neo-con-artist’s shoddy militarism increased terrorism, just ask any of the multiple allies of ours that got hit after 9/11, or ask any of the families of the 4281 American troops that have been killed in the Iraq war you and yours helped lie US into.

You, Jay Tea, and your neo-con-artist supporting Commentary Magazine ditto-heads have become the greatest threat Israel has had in almost 60 years.

YOUR IDIOTIC POLICIES ALLOWED THE TALIBAN TO GAIN A FOOTHOLD IN NUCLEAR ARMED PAKISTAN.

That’s REAL WMD, not the fantasy WMD you invented to excuse the unneeded, bloody destructive, obscenely expensive invasion of a country that NEVER ATTACKED US.

If you want to do something useful for Israel, contribute to http://JStreet.org or go read M.J. Rosenberg or at the very least buy a subscription to Ha’aretz.

But from the way you’ve been talking lately it’s more likely that you are a supporter of that racist anti-semitic thug Avigdor Lieberman.

“Obsoleted”? So this is what you call it when your editor discovers that you got all your facts totally wrong in the first instance?

Sweet euphemism and lovely grammar there, Jay Tea.

  8. Jay Tea says:

fafaroo, a better term would have been “overtaken by events.” It was on Obama’s plant to keep Chrysler out of bankruptcy. A couple of hours after I wrote it, and shortly after it was published, Chrysler filed for bankruptcy.

Oh, well. That happens when you write about current events. I got a nice second piece out of Obama’s “outrage” over the hedge fund creditors who had upset his grand scheme to give away the company to the UAW, so it worked out OK…

Next, I think I’ll write about our esteemed vice-president. Man, now I know how you guys felt with Dan Quayle…
