Right Track/Wrong Track

Something happened in November of 2008 to make a change in these polls. Can anyone remind me what it is? I can’t think of it.

OMG, that’s when “Soul Men” starring Bernie Mac and Samuel Jackson came out!
Clearly, this coincides with Sarah Palin’s grassroots campaign to run for President of the U.S. in 2012.
I mean, if you extrapolate the trend lines out, about 100% of the country will agree we’re going in the right direction, right about the time she formally announces her candidacy!
Rufus did a song “Right street, but the wrong direction”, and you have just reminded me about it. Thanks.
More great news for John McCain!
Limbaugh became the de-facto leader of the Republican party. FInally the country’s on the right track!

Sean Hannity offered to have himself waterboarded for a military services charity. Keith Olbermann also offered $1000.00 for every second Hannity lasts.
Please be nice. The Dem/Repub ratio is pretty even and the Republicans are being REALLY nice. We all love our country, and there will be time for politics later.
“Please be nice.”
About what exactly?
“and the Republicans are being REALLY nice.”
Depends on what Republicans you’re talking about. Paul Broun, a Republican congressman, has compared Obama to Hitler. Jim Backlin, a Republican and lobbyist for the Christian Coalition, wrote on that group’s blog that Obama’s election was just as bad as the Pearl Harbor and 9/11 attacks. Republican congresswoman Michelle Bachmann (Turner Overdrive) has compared Obama to the notorious America-hating college professor Ward Churchill and has said that the president wants to send children to “re-education camps.” Republican Glenn Beck, on his Fox “News” Channel program compared Obama to an arsonist. Republican Rush Limbaugh has said that Obama and his administration have been “ginning up death threats” against AIG. He also said that he wants Obama to “fail.” These smears are not what I would consider “nice.”
