Between the Governator and the legislature, they're trying to do too much with too little. They need to get together on a solution: either tax more to do more government services, OR cut back on services to align the budget to the revenues/income. No other ways about it...either pull in more to pay for more. or cut back until the balance is reset. Doesn't matter how politicians pretty up the verbiage: this will be the only workable solution.
