More to the point, I feel that there is already enough evidence of multiple acts of <a href="http://havenworks.com/torture/" rel="nofollow">torture</a> to support the prosecution for war crimes Republican President Bush and his enablers Cheney, <a href="http://havenworks.com/people/a-z/b/bybee-jay-scott/" rel="nofollow">Bybee</a>, <a href="http://havenworks.com/people/a-z/y/yoo-john-choon/" rel="nofollow">Yoo/a>, and at least a half dozen more of Bush's inner circle. But this isn't even about those people, it's about whether some future President believes they can get away with war crimes and torture. Someone needs to stand up and say, "never again." What Republican President Bush and his followers did were to commit multiple unlawful and sadistic acts, there needs to be some accountability or this will happen again in the future. Which is exactly why the right wing and the Republican Party are fighting so hard against this: 'conservatism' has become synonymous with unlawful and sadistic acts and prosecutions would prohibit them from committing war crimes in the future. Which is exactly why the need to be prosecuted, so that it doesn't 'happen again.' Buzz, I don’t like some of Obama’s policies.
