    Bush’s first 100 days were a coast-in neutral time period. We weren’t engaged in two conflicts simultaneously and weren’t in the financial mess. Simon says /lernurhistory kthxbai. The CHinese thing was a minor incident, yet significant for historical purposes but no one was killed. It was a detente situation at best.
