Republicans are racist by nature and think it’s okay to torture Arabs because Arabs are subhuman
Obama has disappointed me here. Approving of torture was not “courageously serving the nation.” Praise intelligence, law enforcement and the military when they do good, not when they implement a flawed and wrongful policy.
As it is, whenever I read “brave men and women,” I expect it to be over a story of corruption, abuse of power, petty criminality and other shameful acts.

Yes.
Which is why using that word is something one shouldn’t do with abandon…
Sheesh, of all the things I’ve thought about Strowbridge, I can’t believe I’d ever call him a “Republican.” I mean, one has to have SOME shreds of decency…

Disgusting and sad.
Personally don’t have a problem with O basically pardoning the low level interrogators for following practices their C in C deemed ‘legal.’
But I do want to see Bush administration officials answer an official inquiry as to why they were so Hellbent on employing the same techniques they claimed to abhor as practiced by their ‘axis of evil’ enemies.
Can’t wait to hear Cheney try and defend that shit.
