I have to wait until NOVEMBER for a Dallas game? You’re killing me NFL. Although with a first game against the Giants, that should be an early sign of whether the Skins will leave me crying. And based on their records last season, the first 7 weeks of the Skins schedule seems mighty SOFT. They could be in 7-0, 6-1 territory (famous last words). And the bye week is at just the right point in the season, though if we somehow get on a 7-0 roll it could be dicey.
Oh, September 13th, you can’t get here fast enough…

7-0? Wow, somebody is feeling the optimism of the off-season. If they’re 5-2 at the bye, that’s pretty good. Of course, after beating the Raiders to get to 8-5, they’ll lose the last three to go 8-8…
Meanwhile, Cutler leads the Bears to a 12-4 season.
Aqua Netist Mel Kiper thinks the Redskins will end up with Mark Sanchez
Really? Skins play Panthers, Bucs, Giants and EAGLES! and you are seriously thinking 6-1? If you get all the breaks, all the calls, and all the bounces, you’ll be lucky to be at 4-3!
Can’t wait for Sept. 13th? Careful what you wish for.
Sorry , but I see them at 2-5 before the BYE week and 3-6 in the second half. 5 maybe 6 wins at best.
Seahawks announced their’s also. They are not going to have any prime time games at all.
Maybe they’ve realized how much they suck
STL, @Det, KC are very likely wins; @NYG, @Car are likely losses; TB and Phi are in between. 2-5 at the bye is as pessimistic as 6-1 is optimistic.. If I had to bet, I’d be very confident in either 4-3 or 5-2.
Yeah you’re right TB at home is a win. 3-4 at the BYE.
Aha! The old hidden ball trick!
What? They’re NOT footballs?
Oh, I get it!
The consensus here is the Texans should go 9-7 at worst.
Which may be more games than the Astros win.
Those are fake.
Pom-poms, Quaker. Very nice ones, too.
Redskins/Cowboys for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Coincidence?
Ow. OWWW. Boobs don’t work that way.
A.
Meanwhile, Cutler leads the Bears to a 12-4 season.
I almost feel like I should put money betting against that. I think Cutler will be the bust of the year. Bears may still have winning season, but not worth the booty they put up for him.
Only two non-playoff teams in the second half. Kind of brutal.
I think we need Bill Nye the Science Guy even now to explain the physics of the photo of this post.
Oliver, if you watched the Bears closely, you wouldn’t say that.. It’s bad to have a mediocre QB, but to randomly fluctuate between three lousy QBs is truly awful. Cutler won’t put up the numbers he did in Denver, but he’ll do enough to make the Bears much, much better (and remember, the NFC central is pretty awful, they should go at least 5-1 in division). They’ll need a couple breaks to go far, but they should have a good regular season…
