Fox News: Treason by any other name…

Eventually, Beck and his ilk will step over the line a get procesuted or sued in to poverty. In the meantime…

What scares me about those far-right morons is that they tend to go out and find innocent people of color to vent their hatred on. Make no mistake, no matter how the psychotic right potrays it, no matter how hard the trolls try to minimize this (yeah I mean the likes of dennis and his succubi here), it’s all about a black man being their President and it drives them mad.

    Period.

Jack, I’m being very honest with you, you couldn’t be farther from the truth even if you tried harder than you already are.

  3. Pryme says:

Time for another GOP/FoxNews/neocon mea culpa:

No one could have forseen that our innocent little tea parties would descend into violence.”

    You sure about that Dennis?

Oh, and you never answered what the “something ridiculous [Amanda Terkel] had just written”.

And did you really mean to write?

She looked at first like she appreciated the attention, too.

    Really? Really? Wow. Just wow.

Considering all of the times that you’ve been painfully, mind-numbingly painfully, wrong about things why would anyone even want to consider anything you have to say?

  6. Parthenon says:

Mr. President, don’t leave home without a garrison, please. Teh crazees are out in force.

Also: I wonder whether BulldogUS – obviously a master of constitutional law – can tell us exactly which provisions of the constitution the president and congress have violated over the past three months.

  7. Socraticsilence says:

Now, now Jack its not just about race, its also about ideology- the cons accept that they don’t represent the majority anymore- with Clinton they could blame it on Perot, but this is the first time since Reagan supposedly awakened the “silent majority” to its innate conservatism, that a Democrat has won 50%+ in a national election, and frankly the GOP can’t accept this new reality and what it means- a large-scale rejection of their views, so instead of doing what we did after 88 and reforming around a more moderate set of values, they think the answer is to more loudly enuciate the very ideals that turned the majority off and do so at an increasing rate (hence the GOP falling ever farther in the post-election enviroment when usually the opposite is true- even the small fraction that has experienced buyers remorse about Obama hasn’t turned to the GOP).

  8. Steve LaBonne says:

I’m not worried so much- though I am some- for Obama, I have no doubt that the Secret Service is bringing its A game every time out. (Would you want to be the agent who slips up and leaves him vulnerable?) What scares me a lot more is the potential for one of the followers of these sick pieces of crap like Beck to pull another Oklahoma City.

Just try to stay out of Walmart…especially in the more wingnutty areas

  10. Jay says:

    I see. So now:

One kook dropping a comment somewhere = “conservatives.”

    Got it.

  11. ed says:

    Got it.

Indeed. That’s highly misleading. O-Dub ought to have written, “[modern] Republicans” or “right wingers,” or “wingnutzz” (all are equivalent).

  12. Luv says:

Remember when you were a kid and some idiot would get into an argument with you? You’d slap down his points and he knows he lost the argument so he’d challenge you to a fight? As if violence will make up for him looking like a fool?

That’s the right-wing. Childish and violent.

Don’t even try it. Right wing media made a cottage industry of taking a random comment off of liberal blogs (especially Daily Kos) and saying that it represents “the Left”.

    But as I always say: You’re not a hypocrite because you’re a right-winger, you’re a right-winger because you’re a hypocrite.

    You read the papers lately?

  15. Jaim says:

“One kook dropping a comment somewhere = ‘conservatives.’”

Um, this is straight out of the Republican play-book. Everything Michael Moore, William Ayers, or Cindy Sheehan ever did is representative of all Democrats, everywhere, at any time.

So, um, go fuck yourself Jay.

  16. daniel rotter says:

“So, um, go fuck yourself Jay.”

I second that. Michelle Malkin and Bill O’Reilly criticized Daily Kos for not deleting ugly remarks left on the comments section of that site. The same standard should apply to Glenn Beck with HIS website. Consistency is a bitch, ain’t it?
