Oh hell yes. A Commodore was my first computer, I had no disk drive and used to program in hundreds of lines of BASIC code to do simple stuff like drawing a line on screen. And then I turned it off and it went away.
Good times.

C64s were used in most TV news studios long after they started fading in the public realm. All those cheesy graphics on every local newscast in the late 80s thru mid 90s? Done on a C64 most likely. (Think early ESPN)
