The language of the bill doesn&#039;t specify times, etc.  As it reads, it prohibits religeous activity.

Further, even if it did restrict it to only the times someone is working, it would still be a gross violation of the participant&#039;s rights.</description>

There&#039;s a difference, for example, between &quot;If you&#039;re in the army you can&#039;t participate in political demonstrations.&quot; and &quot;You can&#039;t participate in political demonstrations while wearing your uniform.&quot;  If they mean the latter, IMHO that could be more clearly said.</description>
