Kudlow has decided he’d rather stay at CNBC and say crazy stuff on-air while burning dollar bills than run for the senate.

    Rob Simmons? We’ll see. Simmons is an unabashed supporter of the Iraq War, which I seriously doubt is exactly a popular policy position in Connecticut.
