Senate Republicans For Rush

John Cornyn, who you may remember sympathizing with people who kill judges, is circulating a petition to defend Republican Leader Rush Limbaugh versus some sort of conspiracy involving the White House.

    Because they truly think they have to defend him to have a hope with their base. And if they don’t have their base, they might lose a primary contest to someone running to the right of them. And that would cause them to lose even more elections.

    I fear they might be right.

    I think they’re right too. That’s a hell of a place to be. Do they have somebody smart enough to pull them back from deep wingnut territory? Things aren’t looking that good when one popular ‘12 candidate once performed an exorcism and the other one… well, where do you even start with the other one.
