The stuff you have to stir up. My plan was to drain off all of the fat to get reduced fat all natural peanut butter. Did you know all natural peanut butter is 50% fat? I didn't. And that's not 50% of the calories comes from fat. That's 50% of the mass is fat. So my 2 kg container of peanut butter has 1000 grams of fat. Guess how much I was able to drain off? 12 grams.
