When he gets the ball, he can be spectacular. The issue is, he's constantly gunning for his own teammates - be they Jeff Garcia in SF, McNabb in Philly, or Romo in Dallas. That kind of thing makes everyone hate you and it probably results in lost games. So for all his physical talent - and this is where I point out the Redskins secondary shut him down in one game last year - he's just not worth the hassle for a sport so reliant on team chemistry to feed in to on-field success.
