NFL teams are quickly making clear they have no interest in signing T.O. It’s like the guy is a cancer who would cause fans to melt down the switchboards of a team dumb enough to sign him. Lucky for us Redskins fans, The Danny seems to have no interest in this latest round of Who Wants To Spend Millions On A Bust Free Agent?
What would be the completion of that Karma is if Donovan McNabb gets a big new contract. Thats what I would call pouring salt in the wound. There is really only one team that TO could concievably go to and thats the Raiders but I don’t think even Al Davis is that stupid.
I don’t pay attention to the NFL. In fact, I hear about it here more than all other sources combined.
However, did T.O. really do that poorly in Dallas? The team struggled, but I thought he was one of their stars.
T.O’s problem is not his on-field production. When he gets the ball, he can be spectacular. The issue is, he’s constantly gunning for his own teammates – be they Jeff Garcia in SF, McNabb in Philly, or Romo in Dallas. That kind of thing makes everyone hate you and it probably results in lost games. So for all his physical talent – and this is where I point out the Redskins secondary shut him down in one game last year – he’s just not worth the hassle for a sport so reliant on team chemistry to feed in to on-field success.

See, I don’t pay attention to the NFL enough to know that much about the personalities of the players.
I knew T.O. was cocky, but I didn’t know he was publicly insulting teammates. That’s over the line. That’s way over the line.

What is funny is that Las Vegas currently has the Raiders as the odds on favorite to sign T.O. In second place is OW’s ‘Skins.
