You spout so much, but never back it up. Let’s see some hard data or I will just use a CS tactic and call you a fucking stupid liar.

Are you allergic to reality? Look at the fucking stats… Under the system you support, businesses are the one intimidating workers, not the unions. Secret ballots are not protection from intimidation from businesses, because you have to organize the vote. The organizers have to speak out. The vote is known about in advance. Intimidation does take place.

You just choose to ignore it, because you don’t like the people being oppressed.

Then again, that’s why you are not concerned about the Southern Strategy, because you don’t like the people being oppressed. Blacks, Hispanics, Gays… You don’t care if they are being oppressed, because you are a bigot.

And one final note that you will surely ignore… The EFCA doesn’t ban secret votes. But of course you didn’t know that. In the past I would have assumed you were lying about that point, but now I know better. Now I know that you are genuinely clueless about the world. Facts, knowledge, curiosity are your enemy. The secret ballot protects workers from intimidation from both sides. But notice how the unions have the advantage here — if they can get a majority of workers to sign the cards, they’re in, but employers can’t get a majority of workers to sign cards saying they don’t want unions.

It’s no wonder “Southern Strategy” supports No Private Votes For Workers act.
