One trick pony.
I almost have a sick admiration for someone in a burning car saying ‘it’s not burning. Ronald Reagan and co. told me it’s not, and I’m a man that sticks to his guns.’
Tax cuts for the rich + hyper-deregulation of markets = the need for the Fed to nationalize the banks.
Grover Norquist is the very definition of the word FAIL.
(Let’s remember that the bank bail-outs began under Bush W., not Obama, since things had gotten so bad.)
I can not get past the dishonesty: The Community Reinvestment Act, the federal backing of Fannie and Freddie, the union work rules at General Motors—these factors, not deregulation, drove the economy into the toilet.
Honestly, I wish these were the main factors of this depression but every honest observer and economist knows it was much, much more.

Said mindset, of course, being something only afflicting those you disagree with.
Norquist mantra has been discredited but he still has a following in the Repuke party via his strong arm tactics.
Any ordinary working American that gives his “policies” credit is a damn fool. Mark G., obviously you no absolutely nothing about the CRA, Fannie or Frddie or anything you mentioned in your assinine and intellectual dishonest comments.
Yours is the mindset that not only got us in this mess but also defends its failures. STFU!
