Real young boys and girls don’t “interact” the same way kids in the comics do. But you already knew that, right?

It’s even creepier than you think. Hobbes appears as a stuffed toy when Calvin is w/ other people, that doesn’t mean he’s not a live tiger though. As far as we know Hobbes is still very much alive and on top of Susie on top of Calvin.

Although it would be weird to see a live Hobbes with only one eye.

Oliver, if you aren’t reading Frazz, you really, really ought to. The grownup “Calvin” (going by the name “Frazz”) even has a young version of himself to deal with — a little black kid named Caulfield. Suzy is also there, but now she’s “Miss Plainwell.”
