It is simply unquestionable to say the Southern Strategy increases the number of racist people who will join your party, at all ranks. From the foaming at the mouths ‘Obama’s a monkey’ people at those McCain / Palin rallies, to small time politicians like this mayor, to leaders of the party like the candidate for the RNC who belonged to a whites-only club.

The Southern Strategy is the cause of this, and it is not unrelated like you want to claim it is.

However, I can’t help notice that you keep ignoring my point. The Southern Strategy was / is the central part of the GOP political campaign since the 1960s.

The reason it is so easy to see racism in the GOP, is because it’s there.

You absolutely refuse to see that and think these GOP Bigot Eruptions are few and far between. Unrelated incidents and not part of a pattern. Not part of an intentional plan.
