Mortgage rates dropped to levels lower than they are today back on December 17th, when the Fed and Treasury announced that they would start buying up billions of dollars in mortgage bonds in order to keep rates low. It has worked. I'm pretty sure Obama wasn't President then. Watch what happens to mortgage rates when the runaway inflation this bill will inevitably cause takes effect. They'll go through the roof. Refinance or buy now.
