Just like you lump her in with white supremacy, which she has never condoned, why is it that you don’t do the same with Rev. Jermiah Wright’s assertion that the U.S. government invented AIDS to kill blacks, a claim that has not been verified by anyone?
You express shock by what the NY Times calls the CCC’s “thinly veiled white supremacist agenda”, yet you seem to be perfectly fine with the completely unveiled racism of Obama’s preacher, and Barack Obama’s much longer and much deeper association with him and his church of twenty years.
Obama was married by the Rev. Wright, his daughters were baptized by the Rev. Wright, Obama gave his second autobiography the title of one of Rev. Wright’s sermons.
AC’s purpose was not to write about the CCC and defend every one of their actions; it was to display the double standards all liberals can’t help themselves but to apply at every single opportunity. And this little story coupled with the comments here, are exactly what she was talking about.

The point she was making when she brought up the CCC is that two congressmen were singled out and castigated for having spoken at one of their meetings. They were branded as guilty by association with this group. I asked ed originally why he can so easily name every racist transgression and innuendo in the book, every code, every conspiracy, but he has no problem with Rev. Wright’s statements and Barack Obama’s 20 year relationship with him and his church. If you think Wright’s comments were not racist, fine. I happen to think they were. We can disagree on that. Ed didn’t answer that question, and no one else did either. So the game I refuse to play is to provide you links and explanations just so you can take exception to anything I provide, especially when no one ever even makes even a cursory attempt to address my question- one relevant to the thread’s topic.

Bill O’Reilly said it could be the gays or atheists coming after conservative Christians. Right click on any icon and you will be given the option to “open With” browse and select the program you wnat.
Also you can change the program you use to open any thing with what you want. It can be found in the “tools” option on the top of an explorer window go to “File Types” option (though not in Vista for that OS you can find it in the set up options of the OS. From there you can select any program to use on any thing you want.
