In China they have charged the people responsible for the decision to expose the public to melamine(added to milk) with the homicide of those who died and they might receive the death sentence. How is this instance of greed any different and why should our moral response be any different???

The FDA also claimed the company did nothing to improve its manufacturing and sanitation practices after salmonella was found in its plant, and that is a clear violation of the law.

So why have no charges been filed? Why isn’t someone under arrest?
