But if he voted against S-CHIP, I'm guessing that he (a) is fervently anti-choice; and (b) claims that the reason he's anti-choice is his deep concern for the welfare of neonates. <i>"Hypocrite"</i> isn't exactly the word for these people, as it implies that the subject knows better but is too craven to do or say the right thing. With people like Bartlett, it's more as if their thinking processes on certain subjects have been completely destroyed. I don’t know the guy.
