Way to go, AP. The article claims there are at least 222 countries in the world. As anyone with a Google could tell you, there are at most 195 countries in the world.
What a crock of shite. Its pretty simple that eating healthy and exercising will lead to weight loss and being healthy. Its findings are wishful thinking and does not prove its hypothesis.
American Girl is an excellent article.
New Study Reveals That people will believe ANYTHING to get out of putting in the work and possible discomfort that is required to lose weight. Not that I’m an exception but really, was a study necessary?
