Apparently since I stopped watching it (when Jordan retired), the NBA got dumber.

    I’d seen the ads featuring the “chalk clap” but was completely unfamiliar with it, so to me it just looked like a bunch of people tossing some white powder in the air. While I *knew* it didn’t represent anything like cocaine, that was the first thing that came to mind – and that’s probably not the association Nike wants!

    The NBA could not possibly have gotten any dumber. You cannot have an IQ lower than zero.

    However, it occasional manifests its stupidity in previously unobserved forms.
