Fuck that. The inauguration, like all events, should be the exclusive domain of hugeass corporate donors, celebrities, and American royalty.

I think this is an outstanding outreach to assisst those of us whom ordinarily would not get this opportunity. We need more people, and organizations like this helping to postively influence us, and show us the other side. The good side of life. We all have seen struggles. Let us see triumph. God Bless you Mr. Stafford, and your organization.

Ed. It’s people like you who deteriorate and diminish the moral values and integrity of this country. Mr. Stafford on the other hand, is to be recognized as one of this counrties hamanitarian heroes.

Thank God! After all the donating , volunteering ,feeding, and working with the local Obama staff, someone is trying to aide those of us who gave our all.Yet, we are forgotten and still do not qualify for a room or a ticket. What distrubs me is how many people will be getting tickets and hotel availabilities, but did not vote for, work for , or pray for Obama’s election! What luck to let your money do all the “talking” always.Thank you Mr. Stafford for caring enough to offer assistance where needed.

How do we get up with Mr. stafford to qualify for the gift to attend the inaguration ?Do not put your gift in the hands of The Urban League. it may not be a s fair and balance as you wish. Tickets will probably go to family- friends- employess only.

    I qualify,Please Help!Thanks.

I think it is wonderful what Mr Stafford is doing. Yes, God still touches people hearts and most importantly the obey. I would love to be among the people with my 13 year old randdaughter. But like so many others I cannot afford to go. I have been raising my grand daughter since she was 18-months old and this would truely be something for her to see.

Earl Stafford, at least he is doing something!!!
My experience is this and my observations:We are the richest country in the world, yet, we have the homeless. France has no homeless because the govt. helps the family and individuals. I took care of almost 100 homeless people in my home; they are not lazy but victims of the economy. Yes, many, finally become disfunctional because of the stress they have to live in. Come on face it America, we have people living on the street and we do hardly anything to correct it, we instead rationalize and blame it on the victims of the economy.
