I always found those commercials pretty creepy. I mean, you gotta have a pretty disfunctional marriage if one spouse can “give” a present to the other that costs tens of thousands of dollars. He is either a controlling bastard, or she is an emasculating harpy.

I mean, I understand maintaining a separate checking account for personal necessities, but for crying out loud.

I hate those stupid commercials almost as much as I hate the ones that try to tell me I’m worthless unless I have a $5000 watch on my wrist.
