I want the official Presidential Quarter and nothing less! I want something I can actually put in my pocket and spend.

I know, I know. Meanwhile I’ll buy the Commemorative Inaugural Plate, and the Michelle Obama paper dolls, and when the Obamas choose a dog, something related to it too.

I wonder if HSN and QVC are doing anything yet?

Cheesy? Absolutely, but “memorial”? Gratefully, no — rather, “honorary,” or something of the sort. “Memorial” would be creepy rather than cheesy.
