It was powerful even before the volunteers and the music were spliced in. And yes, the graphic design of this campaign is completely unlike anything I've ever seen - for a politician or for a commercial product. Thing is, it's been the same for well over a year and a half, and yet the R's somehow haven't come up with their own version. Weird. I don't know if it's the symbolism an Obama presidency brings or just the power in the message he conveys so eloquently whenever he speaks.
