But I have to ask myself how badly does Obama continue to need donations? As has been duly noted in OW's postings here, Obama's campaign is not hurting for money and there is only one week to go. I find it very difficult to believe that any donation I make at this time is going to be spent before next Tuesday. Can somebody explain to me just what he still needs money for? Stored away for next time? Then he should come ask for donations next time. Two years is too long already for a presidential campaign season, I don't like to see it start before the previous president is even chosen. And a massive war chest only serves to dissuade potential challengers who could bring a much needed alternate view to discussions. “America needs this. Badly.”
