Yeah, regarding the “tell Obama it’s not 2004″ ad, my first reaction on seeing it was that someone really needs to tell MCCAIN that. He’s running the same campaign Bush ran 4 years ago, and can’t seem to figure out why it’s not working this time.

I believe that’s the Blue Star, for families with members who are on active duty in the military. Jill Biden wears one as well for her stepson Beau, Delaware attorney general and a captain in the Delaware Army National Guard who deployed the day after the VP debate.

Gold Star is for families who have lost a relative to war.

You know what else? All this talk about “elitist is someone who thinks they’re better than everyone else” got me thinking. when you talk about “real Americans” vs. everybody else who doesn’t think quite so narrowly, aren’t they thinking they’re better than me?

Wow, check out the mad racism on the first alternate Redskins logo. Mercy. And why’d they turn around the Noble Warrior’s head for 1982 only?

OWill–have you ever addressed the inexcusable racism of the Redskins name and many logos? I’m a fan (unless and until the Colts return to B-More), but it really is indefensible.
