    Looking at some of those (specifically the third from last, slide #4 (the one with the drawing), slide #6, slide #9, and slide #13), I really can only imagine how much Obama must mean to the African-American communities. It’s really amazing, and inspiring, the looks on their faces.

    I particularly like about the 13th photo, the young girl in cornrows smiling up at him. The look on her face, to me, is less “Wow, it’s him.” and more “I’m going to be able to do so much as I grow up.”

    okay, politicians kissing babies is de rigueur, but Obama looks more natural at it than most, and this brought a lump to my throat.
