Yeah, except, as Keith pointed out, this is her 4th attempt and she still can’t stick the landing.

I’d be appalled at the idea that we should have to “dumb down” civics information for our children in the first place. I understand the use of euphemism when you’re explaining the birds and the bees, but the office of Vice President is hardly a scandalous subject…unless you really look at what Cheney’s done to it.

Anybody catch Pat Buchanan on Hardball, backpedaling like a maniac, trying to justify it by saying she didn’t need to explain the job correctly because she was dumbing it down for a 3rd grader? She made that statement in the debate about expanding the power of the VP. That statement was lost in the mess of fighting over he performance in the debate but I knew it would return. Elementary civics class students would know the right answer.
