From the article OW linked to in the post below:
In suggesting that Obama has something to hide, McCain is giving tacit approval to drag out every right wing smear and conspiracy out there.
It’s going to be an ugly, ugly October.
McCain has finally sold what was left of his soul to the devil or whatever should reside there. It is in some ways sad to see. She is nothing but a lame joke
Hey, fafaroo, in his two books, did Obama talk about his efforts as the head of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge? Or his efforts to gut the 2nd Amendment during his eight years heading up the Joyce Foundation?
The phrase “epic fail” comes to mind. $160 million later, and Chicago’s schools were no better. And the Supreme Court, despite Obama’s buying law review articles trying to argue that the 2nd Amendment was some kind of “collective” right, recently struck down that argument.
Obama’s record as a legislator is razor-thin, but as an executive? Good lord, he’s abysmal. No wonder he doesn’t talk about those days too much.
J.
God, Jay, you’re starting to sound like a 9/11 Truther.
Jay Tea, enough of this foundation crap you keep spewing. “$160 million later, Chicago schools are no better.”
By whose criteria? Was it taxpayer money being spent “unwisely?”
Has the Annenberg foundation sued to get its $160 million back?
No? OK, then STFU!
What’s the problem? This was, after all, a Republican rally.
The phrase “epic fail” comes to mind. $160 million later, and Chicago’s schools were no better.
Is $160 million a lot of money for the Chicago public school system, Mr. Tea? What’s their annual budget? Did the grant give them 1 percent more money to spend in classrooms each year? 10 percent? Did Mr. Obama have a fire hose or a thimble to douse the problems of the school system?
Mr. Tea, did the Annenberg Challenge operate in any cities other than Chicago? If so, did those programs produce different results?
Feel free to bloviate at length, however a simple “I don’t know,” will suffice.
Cmon Jay Tea, even you could admit that calling BHO a terrorist is over the line into insanity. We don’t expect a compliment, just a toe dip into the pool of comity.
Jay Tea, since you live in New Hampshire, what makes you an expert on Chicago public schools anyways? I’ve heard many of them (certainly not all) are much better than they were previously.
That was the long-awaited follow-up to “How do we beat the bitch”
