    Leota, I remember Kerry sneaking notes out of his pocket and unfolding them on the lectern before one debate. I also recall pictures of Bush with that same “suspicious hump” under his shirt while he was driving his pickup truck — kind of like it was some kind of body armor or something.

    Personally, I suspect Biden’s “hair plugs” are actually radio antennae…
